AFTER TWO DAYS
After just two days, all the boys are settled and having the time of their lives. Both flights arrived safely and upon arrival, enjoyed a delicious snack. After unpacking and a short excursion on Rechov Kanfei Nesharim (like our Kings Highway) we went to visit the Kotel. We said tehillim for cholei yisrael and then enjoyed an early dinner Israel style. SHWARMA.
Friday morning after teffilah and a nourishing breakfast we headed to Kinyon Malcha( Jerusalem's biggest mall) for a digital scavenger hunt and lunch at the famous PIZZA HUT. We kicked off leagues at Kraft Stadium rented out exclusively for Machane Yisrael. The boys enjoyed playing soccer, ultimate frisbee and of course the always favorite basketball.
The holiness of Shabbat was not to believed. We ate delicious food which included lahmebegen, empinatas, chicken and potatoes, kibbe cherry and much much more. We also rested for the much anticipated Saturday night basket ball.
